Pescatore Room

The Pescatore Room at Bota Šare offers one of Dubrovnik’s most intimate dining experiences—an omakase lunch or dinner where you leave it to the chef. No menu, no choosing—just a guided journey.

The room follows Igor Hajdarhodžić’s upcycling approach: a single stone table for up to 6 guests and a dry-age refrigerator showcasing a whole wild Adriatic bluefin tuna. Chef crafts courses from the day’s catch—bluefin tuna, swordfish, amberjack, scampi, oysters—letting freshness and simplicity shine. You sit face-to-face with the chef, watch each dish come to life, and share stories—turning the meal into an intimate performance.
