In 2007 the Sare family opened Bota-Sare restaurant at the address Nova Ves 5, Zagreb.
The tavern is located in the immediate vicinity of centar Kaptol, in one of the more serious restaurant zones. Stepping inside Bota Sare, in Zagreb, is like stepping through space traveler gate into Dalmatian seaside. Old wooden boat with old fashion fishermen tools, always fresh fish and oysters display, connect you with times when everything took a lot of patience and love to enjoy in fruits of nature. We follow recipes that originated in Bota Sare Mali Ston to bring same addictive taste and warm Dalmatian atmosphere. Only the Kaptol Cathedral bells would remind you, you are in Zagreb, but ignore them for a while and enjoy….
The selection of fresh fish and clams at the entrance affirms that it offers the same exceptional cuisine as the restaurants in Split and Mali Ston.
